Chef James Neel is a graduate of one of the world s most recognized culinary institutions; Le cordon Bleu Paris. During his 26 year culinary career Chef James has opened 12 restaurants throughout Europe and the United States. His cuisine styles vary from traditional French to various southern favorites.

Chef Steve DeShazo is a National Award winning Chef educator whose search for the world s finest cuisines has taken him around the globe. During his multi year tenure Chef DeShazo has gained recognition both locally and nationally by leading his culinary programs to numerous competition awards at not only state but national levels as well.
